Meet at Tokyo Heliport. Please be at the departure point at least 30 minutes before departure time. The nearest station is Shin-Kiba Station, 5 minutes by taxi or bus to Tokyo Heliport.

Missing your departure time will result in a non-refundable cancellation. Cancellation Policy • If the tour cannot be conducted due to adverse weather, specific problems with the aircraft, other disturbances to flight operations, and or flight cancellations, passengers are entitled to reschedule or receive a full refund. • You will be informed by the host if your flight is canceled due to the conditions listed above. For morning flights, you will be notified before 16:00 the day before; for evening flights, two hours before. We place your safety before anything else, and the final decision to depart is reserved for the pilot-in-command. Please be aware that flights may be canceled at any time before your departure.

- Must be made 7 full days prior to 12:00 AM local time the day your experience is scheduled. For example, if your experience is scheduled for Jun 21st at 6pm, cancel by Jun 14th 12:00 AM in the experience’s timezone for a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, the experience is non-refundable.
