STEPS IN DUBAI VISA PROCESSING (NON-APPEARANCE)

• • Pay the visa assistance fee, email the proof of payment, accomplished questionnaire and soft copy of passport size colored photo
  • We will forward the application to the Dubai Embassy, processing time is up to 5 working days. Once approved we will send a copy of your E-VISA

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Scanned copy of Passport’s BioPage with 6 months validity prior to departure
• Soft copy of Passport Sized Colored Photo (4.5cm x 3.5cm) with white background
• Scanned copies of visas & stamps of the countries applicant had visited for the past 5 years
• Accomplished Questions (see below)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. All Visa application is for single entry only.
2. Visa approval is at the discretion of the Visa officers. We cannot guarantee 100% approval.
3. Visa Processing takes 5 working days and will be applied 30 days before the travel date since the validity of the visa is only 30 days. It must be used before it expires
4. Immigration Working Days: from Sunday to Thursday only.
5. Once the Application is submitted to the Immigration Department, the Visa Application Fee is non-refundable. Payment for the Visa Assistance must be settled prior to the application to the embassy.

6. Visa submission is within 3 working days after the receipt of complete documents and if there are no additional requirements needed. We strongly suggest applying at least 1 month prior to the travel date because there are times where the visa officer is requesting additional documents
