GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
TICKET / TOUR PACKAGE IS STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-REROUTEABLE / NON TRANSFERRABLE
✅ Minor passengers below 18 years old must be accompanied by parents, either mother or father at the airport. Otherwise,
guardians must secure clearance from DSWD/ Letter of Consent and a copy of their IDs.
✅ Passenger guarantees that the names in the above booking are correct and same spelling with the passports/valid I.D.
✅ No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited. No refund will be extended for any unused services.
✅ In the event of Mandated government cancellations or Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm/Typhoon, Rally,
Calamities, Etc.) which are beyond our control, TRAVEL & TOUR ASIA will not be held liable to any surcharges/penalties
imposed by the hotel/ resort/operators.
✅ LAND ARRANGEMENT rebooking is subject to Hotel/Operator’s approval and additional fees may apply for room/tour
rate differences.
✅ FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS and DELAYS of the airlines are beyond TRAVEL & TOUR ASIA control, hence, it accepts no
responsibility for these events. If you availed the ticket with us, TRAVEL & TOUR ASIA will extend necessary assistance
to address your concern. We will assist to request flight REBOOKING, TRAVEL FUND, or REFUND on canceled flights but the
Airline Company will be responsible for the final decision on such requests.
Note that Initial Service Charge is non-refundable
✅Passengers must check the airline website (Under manage booking section) or contact the travel agency for any flight
changes before your flight. TRAVEL & TOUR ASIA is not liable for missed airport transfers or Tours Due to Flight Delays
or Flight Changes/Disruptions. In any case, will extend necessary assistance to address concerns of guests and to safeguard
their welfare, but the Airline Company will be responsible for the final decision on such requests
✅INSURANCE: Tour packages do not include Travel Insurance and we highly recommend that you purchase full coverage
prior to your travel. Should you fail to secure travel insurance, then you accept full responsibility and indemnify
TRAVEL & TOUR ASIA for any and all costs that may arise.
✅TOUR&TRANSFERS: All Transfers and tours are on a seat-in-coach basis (Joiners). TRAVEL & TOUR ASIA reserves the
right to cancel or re-schedule a tour if group numbers are insufficient to confirm a group departure. We also reserve the
right to alter tours and itineraries due to weather or road conditions. All programs can be changed or canceled at any
moment during the tour to assure the safety of all passengers.
Driver / Tour Guide can only wait for you for 10 minutes. Guests should be in the lobby on time for the tour/ departure
airport transfer pick up. We will not be held liable if you fail to catch the seat in coach arrangement resulting in an
unnecessary incident.
✅ ISLAND HOPPING: Passenger has to follow the whole scheduled itinerary. If a passenger decides not to attend the
Complimentary/Free Island Hopping, no refund will be given. Free or Promotional “ADD-ONs” have no monetary value.
✅PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Passengers are responsible for the safety of their own belongings. We accept no responsibility
for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
✅ REQUIREMENTS: Please make sure to have all the necessary Travel and Health documents in traveling in the NEW
NORMAL to have a hassle-free vacation. TRAVEL & TOUR ASIA will not be liable for any misfortune event.
HOTEL POLICY
✅Hotel Standard Check in time is at 02:00 – 03:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 NN.
✅Early Check-in is subject to room availability and surcharge. Late checkouts will automatically charge one (1) night.
✅All room categories (bed configuration) and special requests are subject to availability upon check-in
✅Damage and Loss of Hotel Key Cards, Bedsheets and Towels, and Consumption of Food and Drinks in the Mini-fridge-Bar
and other Incidental Expenses are NOT included in the Tour/Travel Package & these are charged to the Client.
✅Incidental Charge: Most of the hotels are requiring a security deposit upon check-in. Return of deposit will be processed
upon check out if no damages have been incurred during your stay.
